01 — Ingest
One feed for the country's tenders
New federal notices arrive from CanadaBuys open data every two hours; Québec's SEAO follows daily. Each opportunity becomes a single record — buyer, deadline, region, documents — with the full package attached, not just the summary card.
02 — Read
Two independent passes, then a critic
Every document is read by two separate extraction passes; where they disagree, the conflict is escalated to review — never dropped. A third, adversarial pass hunts for what the first two missed: insurance schedules, certifications, bid bonds. A coverage ledger accounts for every page, and unread pages are named, not hidden.
03 — Trace
A citation or nothing
Every requirement in the compliance matrix cites the exact page and clause it came from. If a claim cannot be traced to source text, it is marked [unverified] and routed to a person. The workspace does not fill gaps with plausible guesses.

04 — Respond
Your evidence, your call
The draft response is assembled from your company's own records — past bids, certificates, capability statements — and every claim in it links back to that library. Nothing is submitted anywhere: a named person reviews, approves, and exports the response.

Closed beta, said plainly
The workspace runs with a small group of Canadian suppliers. There is no self-serve signup and no published pricing during the beta. Access is by invitation, and we are candid about the queue.
Your documents stay yours
Bid files, certificates and past proposals are confidential business records. They live in your workspace only — never shared across tenants, never used to train models. Storage and handling are designed around PIPEDA obligations.
A person holds the pen
The workspace reads, extracts and drafts. It does not decide. Ordering paid documents, contacting a buyer, releasing a response — each requires explicit approval from a named person, recorded with a timestamp.
